Payments & Refunds
Use valid payment methods. We do not supply refunds. Purchased generative credits roll over month to month.
Content & Conduct
All created content must follow our guidelines. Using Cre8tor Studio for unlawful or harmful activities will lead to account suspension.
Ownership & Rights
You own any content you create, including AI-created work. You may grant us the right to display and promote it on Cre8tor Studio, or to help improve the platform.
Generative AI
By using our AI features, you can upload material (“Input”) to generate new content (“Output”). You keep ownership of your Input and output.
AI Disclaimers
AI Output can be inaccurate or non-unique. Always review before use. We may change, limit, or stop AI services anytime.
Platform Rights
We own Cre8tor Studio’s branding, platform, and any content we create. Don’t misuse or infringe on our rights. Feedback is optional but freely encouraged by us.
