At Cre8tor Incubator, Robert pours his experience into shaping our production and post-production curriculum. In other words, he’s here to make sure you learn to create pro-level content that tells a story in a way only you can. Thanks to Robert’s vision, our students leave ready to make waves in the digital media world—with both serious skill and a flair for creativity.
Matty Kirsch
I’m Matty Kirsch – lead instructor, award-winning content creator, and proud dad to Ruby. I’ve spent over a decade helping young creators succeed on YouTube, launching and growing some of the platform’s biggest channels with millions of views.
I’ve worked with awesome creators like Azzyland and Studio71, as well as led content strategy at Epic Games and Activision, so I know a thing or two about standing out online. One of my favorite career highlights? Working on the Emmy-nominated 2019 Fortnite World Cup Finals, where I got to combine creativity and high performance on a global stage.
These days, I’m part of Cre8tor Inc, teaching up-and-coming creators how to produce and optimize content using the same techniques that today’s top channels swear by. I’m also a hands-on dad and YouTuber myself—collaborating with my five-year-old daughter on our show, This is Ruby. For me, teaching isn’t just a job—it’s my way of sharing what I love to do.

Lusitania Bruno
Guidance Counselor & Intake Coordinator – Diverse Abilities
Lusitania Bruno serves as a compassionate and knowledgeable bridge between families and the Cre8tor Incubator experience. As our Guidance Counselor and Intake Coordinator for Diverse Abilities, she plays a vital role in ensuring that every child feels supported, understood, and set up for success from day one. With an engineering degree and professional experience in sales and customer service across various industries, Lusitania brings exceptional communication skills and a deep sense of empathy to her work.
After choosing to focus full-time on raising her two amazing sons, both on the autism spectrum, Lusitania became a passionate advocate for neurodivergent children and their families. Her personal journey has fueled her commitment to creating inclusive, joyful environments where every child can thrive. Combined with her background in theater and film production, Lusitania has a unique ability to connect with kids, celebrate their individual strengths, and guide families through the creative opportunities offered at Cre8tor Incubator. Her presence ensures that each student—and each parent—feels seen, heard, and genuinely welcomed into our community.
Joseph Piacentino
Joe – the cinematography ace with over 20 years behind the camera. As a Director of Photography and certified Steadicam Operator, Joe brings serious movie-making magic to Cre8tor Incubator. He’ll teach you how to capture jaw-dropping visuals and use smooth, creative camera moves that make your videos pop. Under Joe’s guidance, you’ll transform your filmmaking skills and discover the power of professional-quality shots—all while having a blast!

With experience at top publications and brands, Jen loves blending her passion for health, wellness, and human connection into her teaching—making her an inspiring mentor for aspiring photographers.
